About Us
Eagle Rock Underground LLC was formed in 2001 with the following licenses and certification; Class A General Engineering Contractor, SDVOSB (Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business), SBE (Small Business Enterprise). We provide services for the construction of underground facilities, telephone, fiber optics, electric, water, sewer, storm drains and reclaimed water. Eagle Rock also provides services for the wireless industry from site prep to tower erection. We have taken another step in growth through our SDVOSB status and have assumed the role of General Contractor through strategic alliances and partnering on several projects.

- A certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) by the U.S.Veteran’s Administration
- A certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) by the City of Phoenix, Az.
- Licensed as a Class A General Engineering Contractor in the state of Arizona

- Licensed as a GF-9 Underground Utility Contractor in the state of New Mexico
