Raymon Carson: Owner/General Manager

Raymon (Ray) has been working in underground utility construction for 15 years. Ray steadily progressed in company responsibility and his experience and knowledge grew. Eagle Rock Underground was started in early 2001 when Ray felt the time to provide his clients with a level of honesty and exceptional service had come. Clients such as; Qwest, Level 3 Communications, the city of Phoenix, city of Mesa, city of Goodyear, Archer/Western Inc, FCI Constructors, Brycon Inc, and the Corps of Engineers, have become believers in Ray’s philosophy, “get it right the first time".

As owner of Eagle Rock Underground Ray has been able to translate his years of experience into successful projects that are met on time and on budget. Whether it is a city project or a private builder, he approaches each job with the same philosophy. He takes pride in his company’s work and it shows in every ditch dug and every pipe placed.

John C. Wood: Operations Manager

John is a highly accomplished, results-driven Management Professional with a proven track record of thirty-one years construction management. John brings forth the definition and direction of project requirements and workflow processes on national endeavors. He has proven success in high-profile project development, operations, budget management, process improvement, and staff development in high-growth organizations. He has extensive expertise in strategic business planning, leadership of project development teams, with bottom line responsibility. His solid background in managing engineering and construction teams, from contract negotiations to final product, enables direct and precise coordination of a cross-functional team member. His proactive “can-do” attitude allows him to manage multiple activities in tandem, apply flexibility, initiative, handle pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.

Vicci Carson: Chief Financial Officer and Human Resources

Vicci has been a vital member of the Eagle Rock Team since the inception in 2001. Her previous eight years of human resource experience has proven to be invaluable in the daily operations of the company. Her main responsibilities include; payroll, verifying and compiling certified payrolls, processing expense reports, and managing accounts payables and receivables. In the company role of Human Resources, Vicci has the responsibility of processing all company hires, reviewing the employee handbook and company policies and coordinating the required pre-hire drug screening process. Perseverance, her friendly smile, and positive attitude she displays are a constant inspiration to her fellow workers.

Travis Carson: Senior Project Manager

Travis brings thirteen years of construction management to Eagle Rock Underground and has proven to be an intricate part of the company’s growth. Travis’ growth from crew foreman, assistant project manager, to senior project manager, has provided him the strength and attributes which our clients have seen as an invaluable asset to their projects. Travis posses’ instinctual ability to organize a project to maximize the crew’s efforts while maintaining the focus on safety and quality.
